Marine Animals of the Clyde

Michael Amos of Clyde Whale and Dolphin Watch will talk about the creatures that frequent the Clyde and that we might spot from a kayak. These include Seals (both Grey and Harbour), Dolphins, Porpoise and the occasional Whale and Basking Shark. The life cycle of each creature (life expectancy, pregnancy, birth months) will be discussed along with normal habitats, usual food and family groupings. It is amazing how much we, as paddlers, have to learn.
