Guided Skills Practice: Self rescue – Increase Confidence on Capsize

Turn up at pool side in good time, notify your interest in taking part to the leader. First come basis – no pre booking option. Some sessions may be limited in numbers. Session will last about an hour
You will need a pool boat, spray deck and paddle. Also mask or nose clips useful
