Loch Lomond MicroSession: Bow, hanging, stern strokes. Master Class with Alice McInnes

MicroSessions (first and third Tuesday of each month through-out year) MicroSessions are short coached sessions which focus in one skill or area of knowledge. They tend to be run as part of a loch/pool session and are generally turn up on the night.
