Session will start at 7.15. \n  \nWhy backwards paddle?!  While we spend a lot of time forwards paddling\, we don’t spend a lot of time backwards paddling.  Yet a backwards paddle stroke forms the basis for support and manoeuvring strokes on the water\, all the ones that most often fail people (because we are so poorly practised at backwards paddling) !     \nYou’ll need a sea kayak\, spray deck\, PFD & paddle all of which can be hired from the Loch Lomond container.
