DESCRIPTION:MicroSessions  MicroSessions are short coached sessions which focus in one skill or area of knowledge. They tend to be run as part of a loch/pool session and are generally turn up on the night. \nTonight’s session: Ready for Rivers & Pinkston – Moving Water Skills and Techniques. The club returns to Pinkston Thursday nights in March. This is first of a series of pool sessions to add the skills needed to have fun on moving water! \nLevel: Intermediate / Intermediate + \nSpeak to: Graham on the night. Session will start at 7.30 and last about an hour. Turn up at pool side in good time and notify your interest. \nEquipment: You will need a pool boat\, spray deck and paddle.
