DESCRIPTION:MicroSessions  MicroSessions are short coached sessions which focus in one skill or area of knowledge. They tend to be run as part of a loch/pool session and are generally turn up on the night. \nTonight’s session: Capsize Drills and Getting Comfortable Under the Water \nLevel:Beginner/Intermediate \nSpeak to: Ewen on the night. Session will start at 7.30 and last about an hour. Turn up at pool side in good time and notify your interest. \nEquipment: You will need a pool boat\, spray deck and paddle. You might also want to bring a nose clip or a mask for comfort\, as this session will involve getting upside-down!
