DESCRIPTION:MicroSessions (first and third Tuesday of each month through-out year) MicroSessions are short coached sessions which focus in one skill or area of knowledge. They tend to be run as part of a loch/pool session and are generally turn up on the night. \nTonight’s session: Self & Assisted Rescues for Beginners \nLevel: Beginner \nSpeak to: Ewen on the night. Session will start at 7.30 and last about an hour. Turn up at pool side in good time and notify your interest. \nYou will need a pool boat\, spray deck and paddle – all kit available at the pool.
