Important! – If planning to come along for the first time please contact Graham or Sandy. If you need a canoe/kayak or other kit then please contact an organisor in advance and confirm the time to meet at the club outdoor store (or to borrow a key to collect your own boat etc)  (normally approx 7pm).

We have a small number of boats stored at Pinkston and these can be booked on a first come first served basis via – Booking Sheet for Pinkston Club Boats Google Doc

There is no charge for the boats when taking part in the session, however if you book a boat and don’t turn up then a £2 fee applies! Please remember to make sure the file saves your entry.

Coached Date

As well as our regular sessions which can be informal with tops tips normally available from other paddlers we aim to have one session a month where we have a slightly more formal coaching option available if you wanted to take part.

Currently our winter 2017/18 planned dates are:

November 15th                        The art of Boofing – landing on top of the feature

January 24th                             Making lines and making eddies

February 21st                           All about angles, Ferry glide and high cross

March 21st                               Short and Snappy refresh and update on  River Running, Leadership and Rescue skills
